For 40 years, I lived at 3500 Zenith Avenue North in Robbinsdale, near the east side of Crystal Lake. I decided to sell my house and take up residence at Copperfield Hill. I had many doubts and questions about leaving my home and moving into a congregate living environment. After living here at "The Hill" I know I make the right decision. My apartment is quiet, comfortable and fully meets my needs. I am surrounded by friendly neighbors and find the relationships between residents to be quite congenial. The management, staff and maintenance people are considerate, helpful and supportive. These are the things that help me know that I chose the right place for me when I elected to become a resident of Copperfield Hill.

Copperfield Hill resident since 2007

When I lay me down to sleep,
Good care of me is yours to keep.
If I have needs before I wake,
A nurse is there, my pulse to take.

When I am up and out of bed,
Good food is waiting -- I'll be fed!
Soon I will begin my day,
There is time for work and play.

New friends await to sit and chat,
Activities here for this and that.
Then we shop, or drive and dine,
We don't have time to sit and pine.

We other gather to sing a "ditty",
Or travel round about the city.
Here's where "staff" becomes a "friend",
Where one can find a hand to lend.

Here's where famiy likes to come,
To visit their old Dad or Mum.
Where you no longer live alone
And only keep "in touch" by phone.

Copperfield is safe and fun,
A welcome home for everyone.
A place where I had hoped to find,
A haven for my heart and mind.
